Modern decor and very clean throughout . No frills accommodation but providing everything you would need on a trip to London. Bedrooms are quite small but adequate and nicely decorated. Staff are lovely ! Nothing.

Exceptional

Really clean and comfortable rooms and super convenient location so close to Victoria Stn. Twin beds provided for my son/husband and brilliant idea to provide separate duvets for my daughter and i who were sharing a king bed. Firm pillows provided on request. Mini kitchen is brilliant especially the brita tap. So lovely to have a fridge to stock myself rather than an expensive mini bar. Staff were lovely and chatty when engaged. Love the molton brown toiletries. Air con kept resetting to 20 degrees which was a bit too cold at times. Not that i attempted to report this. I think the milk pots provided were curdled but no matter because i popped to m&s next door and bought real milk.

This hotel is very close to the Buckingham Palace, walking to the main gate costs no more than 5 minutes. It's very hard to find a hotel like this which locates so close to the Buckingham Palace at this price. The room we stayed was the biggest one in this hotel, and it has enough space for us to handle our two 28-inch suitcases with one additional bed in the room. Although it's quite close to the Buckingham Palace, it's very quiet in the room. I couldn't hear any noise even in daytime when there are many people walking on the street. This is the second time we stayed in this place -- the previous time was exactly 10 years ago, when this hotel had another name. Although there might have been rebranded, the location, the gate, the lifts, the corridor, and the interior of the rooms remain the same. We took a few photos for our child in front of the gate. When comparing the photos with the pictures taken 10 years ago, it gave me a very deep impression of how time flies! It was a 10-year anniversary for our trip to UK, for the hotel, and for our lives! This room was smaller than the one we stayed in previous two days (as I failed to book the same biggest room), but we still managed to handle our two 28-inch suitcases. Although it's quite close to the Buckingham Palace, it's very quiet in the room. I couldn't hear any noise even in daytime when there are many people walking on the street. I should have booked earlier for the biggest room.

The staff were amazingly warm and helpful. The location is great and the room is comfortable and well appointed. The rollaway bed could be more comfortable

Staff are incredible and helpful, room is amazing and bed is so comfy. Very central location to alot of tourist attractions and transport but not in the most interesting or vibey part of London - we were happy to stay here for the convenience and we love the hotel (have been before) Have come back - like it all
