Hotel Earls Court

Location Room was in the basement, it smelled pretty bad and was dirty, too small for 5 people, hot and the toilet snd shower where not attached to the room. You had to walk through a hallway to get to them.

Vary bad the room . Old stylish even I don’t sleeping in there. Absolutely noon

Great location The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the shower sprayed water where it should not have.

Nothing. There was a really bad stench coming from the bathroom. Had to spray my perfumes twice before I was able to sleep.

NOTHING IS LIKABLE!!!!!! The first ever hotel I got that has very bad facilities. As you enter the area, you could definitely smell the toilets, down to the hallways, and worst even at the room. Shares toilets but the toilets are small and worst too. We can’t stay longer than 10mins just to book for another hotel, they are not giving refunds! It’s unfair! Disgusting place. Not worth the money. Even the beds is like a used linens. Not even closer to that photos advertised. Inside the room is like your in a prison cell with lavatory on the side on the room.

Lady in reception was nice and her black cat was so lovely:)) It was dirty! Bed sheet and towels were ok but there a a lot of hair on the corner of bathroom!!!

Room was cold as heater wasn’t turned on. Toilet and Bathroom was so small. No wall socket close to the bed. Other than these I was pleased.

Absolutely nothing Where do I start... I am sorry to say that my stay with you was most unpleasant, in fact, it is the most shocking experience I have ever had in a hotel. I was placed in room 44 and the standards were shocking. WINDOW The window was broken with a bent cantilever opening. This meant that it could not be closed. I tried to block the openings with the curtains. The result was a vile night of roaring motorbikes, lorry’s and a copious number of Ambulance and Police Cars. The heat was oppressive, so the fan you kindly put in the room had zero effect. There was also no handle on the window and it is clear you know about this window. The tiny lock on the window is proof. SINK Behind the taps is vile with dirt & debris and the water (cold and mainly the hot) is an almost none-existent trickle. This is probably due to a total lack of pressure. It took me 6 minutes to fill the tiny sink with what little hot water there was. SMOKE DETECTOR This was stuffed tight with toilet paper and has no chance of working if there was a fire. This is clearly from previous guests who wanted to smoke in the room. How did I notice this and you failed to? LIGHTS The main light is only just a little brighter than twilight. Thankfully there was a standard lamp, that’s good. But there are 2 wall lights that don’t work and one even has the elements showing. Good luck to any parent with a kid. BED There was a brown mark on the bed which looked like poo, I didn’t look close enough to find out. I did not sleep so I did not use the duvet. I just sat on the bed all night. CURTAIN RAIL Not actually a problem but did you know that the small window rail is half hanging off. FLOOR Not taken a photo but it was covered in bits, like COVERED. Although to be fair, it had been clearly mopped. BED Just wanted to say that the bed was actually quite comfortable This was truly awful

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience in Room 43. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay from a cozy bed to a strong Wi-Fi connection and a clean, modern bathroom.

No heating in the room. Lack of private toilet. Non-existing sound insulation. Impossible to sleep

Location So tiny and not tidy

I stayed in room 45, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The attention to detail and exceptional service made my stay truly memorable.

I recently stayed in Room 33, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

Conveniently located near a train station directly on the route from the airport, and near coffee shops, restaurants, etc. There was also a little shared fridge available, and an en suite bathroom. It was a bit dingy and seemed to smell both of mildew and chemical cleaners. My room was below ground level, and to allow any ventilation, the windows had to be open, which meant exhaust fumes from cars driving by, cigarette smoke from people outside, and noise at night.

Great location. Good value. Better television reception

Location The room was NOT as advertised - they squeezed three of us into what is typically a two person room. The WiFi was extremely inconsistent and unreliable. The TV did not work. There were no extra pillows available. There were holes in the walls and wires all over. There were no fitted sheets on any of the beds.

Well kept place. Very accommodating.Good for the money! Hard to contact staff
