I liked the common room with coffe facilities and sofas and chairs for all the guests. You could meet there with your friends and enjoy a tea together. There was a lift, very convenient as I was at the 5th floor. My room was essential but had all I needed plus a window with a view. I could come and go with the keys whenever I wanted.The location was exceptional I don't have anything to complain about

I always stay at Earls Court area when in London. Booked a triple room this time but eventually only two travellers. Room is generally clean and comfy. Breakfast is good. Staff genuinely helpful. Some of the rooms may have a slightly stuffy smell, but perhaps the renovation next door might be the culprit.

Very quaint hotel. Beds were incredibly comfortable very clean. Great location in an up-and-coming area. Felt safe walking at night. Not their fault, but the elevator was not working at the time we were there. However, they took our luggage up for flights for us!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location and access to shops, restaurants and the tube were great. There are plenty of food options at only a few minutes walk away. The room (bedroom with ensuite) itself was clean albeit small (and the bed is narrow) but that was not a problem for us. The breakfast was copious and easy enough to book. The walls are quite thin and we could hear the neighbours around us...

Excellent location. Right beside the tube station. Only a few stops to london centre. Very clean. Staff lovely. Despite small rooms, very airy so room was ok in the heat. Rooms a little small. No individual fridges only a common room

Staff were so nice ! Arranged our transport and place is spotless Lift was broke . We were 4th floor . No air con in 30 degrees heat we didn’t sleep a wink boiling hot fan in cupboard just blew hot air
