Everything was very clean and the location was great The bed was a sofa bed and the window was a glass door that lead to a backyard with trash

The location, the air conditioning, very clean and modern. Amazing shower. If anything I would say the pillows and hair dryer could be updated but that is all.

Good location, close to tube station, restaurants/ pubs. Some rooms are quite small, also noise from the room above when people are dragging chairs across the floor or walking around.

Good Location Room 453 should not be sold as a double room - it is too small - we asked to be moved twice but nothing was sorted - see photos outlining space between door and the bed

The location is fabulous. It was clean and fairly new and modern. The price was good. Front desk could be a little more professional The sofa bed was not expected for a double room. I have never seen that before unless it is a connecting room which mine wasnt. The property has so much potential. It just need that finer touch.
