The location was excellent The window in my room didn't fully close so there was a draft and the heater wasn't sufficient so it was cold at night

I didn't request breakfast, the area was nice and cozy. Public transport is close and excellent. It wasn't like that.

For the price it was great. The curtains were something else !!

The staff was nice but it was not clean. I had no sleep because of that

The location is great however there is lots of noise in the hallways, I've seen other reviews mention that people live in this building who are not guests of the hotel, something to do with the council I believe.

The Location of the hotel is decent with it being near a tube station The hotel was very unclean with mouldy curtains, hairs in the bed, stains on the floor and furniture with a strange smell in rooms. The staff didn't offer any help when asking to check out and also were arguing in front us when we first checked into the property. When we asked for a refund online, they ignored me and said it was my fault for not asking to see another room (despite booking 2) and never replied to any emails, I had to chargeback through my bank after 2 months of trying to resolve the situation with Booking.com, despite being in the hotel for 20 minutes and checking out.

Okay location I was first given a very small room that was in very bad condition. The shower was broken and I couldn’t even use it properly. There was black mold in the room, no cup to make coffee, and everything felt very dirty and smelled bad. The corridors also smelled strongly of cigarettes, like people were smoking there. I complained about the room and asked to change it. The staff gave me a bigger and better room. The second room was much better and had nice hot water in the shower, but it was still not very clean. The location is good, close to the tube and well connected. However, as many people say in the comments, the rooms really vary in standard. My first room was horrible – very small, dirty, smelly, with black mold and a broken shower. The second room was much better, but overall there are clear quality problems.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minutes walk from Earls Court Station. Quiet, residential road outside. Very reasonably priced. Definitely needs some cosmetic upgrades. Redecorating and new furniture needed. Clean and tidy enough for a couple of nights, but really could do with updating. A very tired building.
