The location Everything basically Very dirty. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, you could feel its sinking in some areas. There was mold in the toilet and water in the sink was barely flowing. The lock on the door didn’t work, I informed the staff and they didn’t do anything about it.

It's a basic hotel but had everything we needed, great for anyone who needs a bed close to the centre of London for a very good price. Booked the hotel because it said that it had car parking, unfortunately you have to book a space through a different company and after booking the room no spacies available.

This is a no frills hotel which is excellent value for one of the best locations in London, there are occasionally very minor problems which when drawn to the attention of staff are attended to in a timely manner. In the luxury overpriced Mercure Hotel next door residents are constantly complaining about bed bug infestation and the odd bed bug has made its way east to the Lilly where entry is denied and it is obliged to return from whence it came! Bed bugs like Head or Body lice do not discriminate and are invariably imported in guests luggage’s! Don’t blame the hotel for your negligence in ensuring that your luggage is bug free on arrival. nothing everything dirty disgusting. grubby moldy, unwashed sheets. disgusting dirty carpet spill stains everywhere. somthing on the bed valance that looked like blood. bathroom filthy. reception smelled of smoke. curtains hanging off and loads more.
