We were going to see Come Alive so the location was perfect. Room was excellent, clean, good facilities, comfy beds, absolutely no complaints. We had to ring 4 times for some extra tea bags, not as petty as it sounds, we were desperate for a cuppa and ended up waiting an hour!

Comfortable modern room. Bright and friendly check in and lounge areas. The staff were always friendly and helpful and polite and didn't keep us waiting for anything. Shower head was leaking and could have been repaired. Hallways were on the dark side. Entrance especially when arriving at night is not lit up enough and inviting.

Excelentes instalaciones, el personal muy amable y listo para resolver. En el dia que nos ibamos hubo un incidente de un inicio de fuego y se resolvio de manera pronta y muy organizado, agradezco a todo el staff por sus atenciones y cuidado para todos los huespedes. Al principio habia un olor a drenaje en el baño, pero le avisamos al staff y se resolvio rapidamente.
