The staff were incredibly welcoming, fun and kind to us. Thanks for always filling up my Yeti, and the extra ice in the evenings :) I knocked by head a few times on the TV mounted on the wall, trying to get out of bed. Also - the hallway upstairs could use more lighting.

Location around Chelsea was perfect for exploring London on foot or with public transport. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bed & shower amenities were comfortable & charming. Despite World Cup England game on in pub with big crowd, noise wasn't an issue upstairs. Air con wasn't working during a heatwave, but this wasn't necessarily unusual. The staff tried to fix it and provided electric fan. They offered partial refund.

Staff were very welcoming when we arrived , great bar , great service

Also, I understand it’s a pub with an inn however I was told before flying 9 hours to come to the property anytime after 3pm to check in. When I got there it was closed and no one picked up my multiple phone calls. I believe a bartender showed up around 3:30 who told us to come back later.

Firstly the room had no heating, as it was broken, and they did not inform us, it has been down for 2 weeks! Secondly, they supplied a very dangerous heater with no feet, so it would have burnt the carpet and caused a fire if we'd turned it on. The shower door was hanging off and grubby, and finally at midnight the fire alarm went off, and nobody came to check or apologise. However we did get a full refund. I certainly would not recommend this place.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Check-in process was smooth, we sent a WhatsApp message to the hotel prior to arriving to confirm a check-in time and they were quick with their response time. The neighbourhood it's located in is very convenient - barely a 5 minute walk to the tube station, safe for walking in even at night and full of shops and restaurants. The rooms are above a pub so expect some noise. Oddly enough though, it wasn't at all noisy at night (they close by midnight) but rather in the morning (cleaning downstairs and construction outside). Would recommend overall!

There is no reception and you are locked into the property when the bar is closed when you try to leave in the morning.

As others have stated, the lighting in the room was quite poor.

I thought going with a small hotel would give a nicer service at least. This place is above a trying to be trendy pub. I say trying because it was actually pretty empty so they aren't hitting the local trend anyway. The rooms are up the back stairs so as a lone female traveller i had to walk past the smokers each time i went to my room. The room itself was dark and again trying to be trendy but missing the point. The safety light on the door shone on the pillows all night and the filthy windows were badly maintained and difficult to open. AC had a malfunction which meant it gave out a noisy juddering intermittently. I would have raised these issues with staff but they were less than welcoming and when my key card failed to work on the second day they gave me the impression it was my fault. At no time was i asked if my stay was ok. Housekeeping was perfunctory at best. Didn't feel safe. Couldn't wait to leave. Won't be back.

Everything was just wonderful! We stayed in Deluxe room, everything was clean, comfy, authentic. In the room we had all needed - safe, fridge, coffee machine, TV, AC. Windows can be opened in bathroom. Also, staff downstairs all are very responsive and kind. No free beer. Just joking :) nothing

We are happy to say the bed was really comfortable and it wasnt to noisy

Has a few minor issues with the room including the AC, and it was quite warm in London while we were there.

Loved staying at the Wolfpack. Great location.

Despite the email from The Wolfpack Inn offering an official receipt on request, I have still been unable to obtain one after asking several times in the Inn and by email - to no avail. Oh, and watch your feet/legs, as the dark bed frames merge into the room - ouch! The staff on site were friendly enough and there was a great range of beers, but sadly that does not make up for the lack of organisation/professionalism on the booking/invoice front.

Everything was clean and staff friendly. Small room but quiet. Comfortable bed. Loved the espresso machine in the room!

Very clean, very comfortable Food and beer in pub if needed A bit worried that no one onsite through the night

This was a bucket list thing for me. To live over a pub, where the barman knows your name and is happy to see you, in London, right down the street from Stanford Bridge. What more is there in life?

We were sat at a table inside and it was quiet inside but an employee asked us to move tables as there was a booking however there was no reservation sign and most other tables free which was strange. We told him we would move anyway as it was check in time and he said he couldnt find our booking. We then googled it and found another wolfpack inn 30 minutes away so booked an uber, my partner went in because we were sure we were at the right location. There was some miscommunication and it turns out we did have a booking and we checked in (with a heft cancellation uber free - london prices). We checked in and the room looked lovely. However we booked a double room but it was just two single beds pushed together, so not really a double. When using the shower the temperature was scorching hot and couldnt be changed. The water from the taps also just ran warm so couldnt have a glass of water. The coffee machine also didnt work and just ran water out of it. The room however did look lovely and was in a good location. However, wouldnt stay again.
