Location was excellent. I requested a ground floor room as I had just had a heart operation. The room was full accessible as requested. We stayed during the heatwave so the air conditioning was a real plus considering I didn’t leave the room for two days solid Nothing

The room is SMALL, and DARK ( the window was covered in ivy and little light came in) and the carpet is old and worn and as good of a job as the cleaning staff might do, its time to replace it. The sink was so small you make a mess on the floor each time you use it. tiny sink

Simple but nice curb appeal. Friendly efficient welcome. Good size family room, well laid out. All the facilities we needed presented nicely. A comfortable night's sleep in a great location. Light switches were confusing. A mirror in the twin bed area would have been good for my teenage daughters.
