Communication with the Hotel was really good. Room was very basic and clean. Shower was good. Bed could have been a bit softer. A bit expensive for what you get.

It's location Everything... it reminded me of the Middle Eastern hotels located in not very reputable places in town. Don't ask me how I know :) have seen in their movies

Welcoming front desk staff provided an easy checkin process. Rooms were pleasant, needed a little TLC but nothing that would disrupt a nights stay. Would book again for a short stay in a great central location within Shepherds Bush.

Very close to where I was working. The location is directly opposite the Shepards bush entrance to Westfield park shopping centre.

price location was ok hard mattress old damaged furnishing poor pillows poor shower jet half blocked. These are not caring condtions which with a little bit of money and effort could turn the guest house around to be more positive so hope this review is a reminder

The location was good, 5 min walk from the tube. The staff were kind, albeit we had to wait 15 mins for someone to show up to reception after calling the number there and our booking had not been reserved on their system despite already having paid. It was filthy. The shower had grime and dirt marks inside of it and the entire bathroom was 5-10 degrees hotter and smelt disgusting like rotten eggs and cabbage which I can only assume was a sewage issue. The beds were marked and gross, with a dead spider found in my covers. There was dust everywhere. I can understand that it was a heatwave and the room was the highest in the place so I can imagine it being uncomfortable to clean, but if so then don’t put guests in a dirty room just for the money.

Simple check in Good communications from the property Good location for where I needed to be. Hot, so so hot. They did provide a fan but that didn't help much. I think an investment into air conditioning would be a must in the future. The road is incredibly noisy, I had to have the windows open so I could actually breathe and not overheat. I barely slept even with ear plugs. The gate squeaks outside the room (11) which is annoying as that's an easy fix with a bit of white grease. Broken flooring pieces pinch your feet if you stand on the wrong bit. The shower head was a complete disaster that just dripped and leaked from the neck point. Water temperature kept going up and down, luckily all I wanted was a cold shower. Had to leave key on departure by the locked reception door - a key drop would have felt better as now I'm worried they'll think I didn't leave the key, or that anyone could pick it up and go into the room after I had gone. The curtains don't go down to the bottom of the window so you can't even make it dark!

Central location is nice, with the Westfield right opposite and tube and bus stations nearby. Unfortunately, it was a sleepless night. Though the room was outdated, it was still ok, but just for one person. It was very hot for two of us even with a fan in the room and people above us were very loud all night.

It was close to tube station Not clean. Mouldy shower curtain, pubic hairs in the bed, rust on bed frames, the list is endless.
