Despite the slightly dated decor, the bedrooms were extremely well-appointed and spotlessly clean. Our room faced the inner atrium of the hotel. While I had concerns about that, it turns out that these rooms are super silent, since there is no noise from outside the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. The bar area, on the ground floor of the atrium was extremely worn, with filthy upholstery and stained carpets. I would have given this hotel a five star rating were it not for the state of the bar area. Also, the signage to the rooms was insufficient, or not suitably placed.

The rooms the carpet was not so clean, we didn’t stay in the main hotel, the lift was not working and there was no notice that the lift was not working

Bed was comfortable I stayed at the west end of the hotel. The room is in terrible state, dirty carpets, awful shower that splashes all over the washroom. Cleaning service of the room was the worst I have experienced. They would just make up the bed and not tidy up anything. I did the check out in person and nobody even bothered to ask how was the stay…

Great location. The rooms are beginning to look a bit worn. Stains on the carpet. Scratches on the furniture. Breakfast is totally overpriced.

The staff were great. The roof top bar was nice . Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. It’s a bit of a maze. The room is a bit uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep well because the air con was freezing and didn’t have enough settings. I tried turning it off an opening a window but then it was noisy. Felt like I got a sore throat every time I turned the air con on. Decor is a bit old and strange like the red orange brown theme is not very nice. Also room service could be better. No option for breakfast or to order a coffee to the room.
