The hotel is very centrally located. Although the interiors of most buildings in London tend to be old, the hotel's interior was quite new and clean. The single room was perfectly adequate and featured a huge window that let in plenty of light. The hotel felt very secure, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hassan at the reception for his kindness and professionalism, and to Badia for keeping our room very clean and making sure everything was perfect. They both made our stay more enjoyable. Nothing major. We had a very pleasant stay.

Staff was very nice, room clean and area great! There is no elevator, I had to lug my suitcase up a flight of stair before anyone even knew I had arrived. That was difficult for me, an 84 yr. women travelling alone. That is really the only problem I had with the hotel.

We had the most amazing stay. Location was fab. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. They went over and beyond to help in any way they could. Would 100% recommend. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location and close to the underground, we were allowed to check in early by friendly staff, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Walls were thin so we could hear other residents however could not hear the street which was good. The air con made the room dusty which then caused my partner to cough / asthma to flair up.

Budget hotel in a kind of sketcky area. But very cheap, so i can't complain about the quality of the design and that the building looked old. Staff was great though, super helpful As i said, the hotel is and looks cheap. Not something to like or to dislike, since expectations were low from the begining

The staff and the location were excellent , the beds and linen were excellent and the tv very good The bathroom, low water pressure, light kept turning off, the air flow was very bad and made the bathroom a very uncomfortable, stuffy room. During the night I went to use the toilet and when i opened the bathroom door 8-10 brown bugs ran across the floor and into the crevices of the floor. The air conditioning needs to be improved.
