Trebovir Hotel

Not comfortable rooms are so small and not secure stuff walked in while I was in shower and so annoying they didnt even tell me before , after he rans into room we argued.

Location would’ve been decent They cancelled my reservation 1 days before my flight and I had to rush to make alternative arrangements. What’s the point of a reservation if you can’t even keep the reservation

The location is close to the tube station and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood between the tube station and the hotel was a bit dodgy. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side.

A small, comfortable & clean hotel in a convenient location in Earls Court. Handy for the station & locals pubs / restaurants. Plus not far from central London.

It was a basic single room, but it was quiet, close to the Earl's Court tube station, and equipped with air conditioning which was very much needed during the heat wave. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. The location is great because it was within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, The reception is small, so seating is limited, and hefting a regular suitcase on the front steps leading to the sidewalk for a woman can be difficult. Carry-on luggage is ok.

Booked when the system was “hacked”, according to hotel staff when I called to confirm the booking. Had reached out in writing prior with no reply but called the night before leaving for London only to be told the hotel was hacked and therefore no reservation was found. Hotel was fully booked and staff was unhelpful at best. “Try Expedia” before hanging up is what I was told. While I appreciate the hotel was potentially in a difficult situation, booking.com and the hotel (once they were made aware) made no moves to offer any solutions. If I had not called to confirm this booking, I would’ve shown up at the hotel with no available rooms.

Excellent location just 2 minutes from the Underground. Very clean and newer overall. Staff was very attentive: my daughter left a keychain in the room and we realized when we had already left London, but the staff found it and held for a friend of mine to pick it up. The rooms are VERY tiny, at least ours was very tiny. We were three people with three carry-ons and one medium size suitcase and it was extremely difficult to move around the room. If you have more than one bag the room is very tight.

This listing may be fake. We booked, they sent us a phishing email to ask for payment, and logically, we didn’t proceed. So they cancelled our booking. Thankfully, we could find another place and booking.com reimbursed us for the costs

This left us stranded and forced us to spend hours searching for another place to stay. We walked from hotel to hotel asking if they had any vacant rooms. We finally managed to find accommodation at around 8:00 p.m., but because it was a last-minute booking, we had to pay a significantly higher price. Our experience with Trevivor Hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel proved to be completely unreliable, and the staff were rude, unhelpful, and highly unprofessional. Being left without accommodation despite having a confirmed reservation caused us considerable stress and ruined the start of our trip. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel. Our experience was unacceptable.

I booked a room via booking.com but was told they do not have my booking on their records because their online booking platform has been hacked on the day that i booked online. In the end, i ended up without a room.

Room was clean and adequate. Beds were quite comfortable; pleasantly surprised that the blankets even had duvets on them! AC did work well, which was important as we were in London during a heat wave. Staff were professional and helpful. Location was good; very close to the train station and restaurants. Bathroom had no shelves to leave any toiletries or space in the shower to leave one's shampoo or body wash; felt very cramped. Our room was in the "basement" (below ground), which did not feel particularly welcoming. Hotel was small and felt cramped overall. Breakfast was less than adequate. There were croissants, cereal, cold cuts, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea but no hot breakfast items, like eggs or sausage or potatoes, which have been standard in every other hotel we've stayed in Europe that offered breakfast. Hard boiled eggs appeared as we were leaving breakfast... quite disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel in London.

The desk staff who explained that the price £52 per night (should have known it was too good to be true, but I used the booking.com app and received a confirmation email and reference) posted on booking.com was incorrect due to a hack and the hotel had been unable to access the system since 24th June, to decline the booking. Hence when I arrived late on 3rd July, I had no booking. This followed 2 Whatsapp messages earlier in the week from Indonesia, which included confirmation links which I consider potential hacks and deleted. Would like to know if this is a product of the hack on booking.com earlier in the year, either way I wasn't impressed. I am sure Trebovir is great, I may try it again one day. Certainly the desk staff were very professional and polite. See what I did like.

The booking was a scam, and when I called they said it was cancelled. So I never actually stayed there. Recommend that everyone who stays here calls to see if their booking is real and will be honoured

Nothing is good about the hotel! The hotel cancelled at the last moment. I booked through booking.com and there was no prepayment listed in booking.com. However, the hotel messaged through the booking.com to pay the full amount in advance otherwise the booking would be cancelled and I wanted to make sure so I talked with an agent in booking.com and they mentioned i dont have to pay any money and my reservation is confirmed and the money link looked suspicious, so I didnt pay. The hotel cancelled my reservation in the morning of the checkin. So I dont recommend this place at all! They are not reliable! I have attached the screenshot where they ask money in advance through personal email!

Nothing I booked Trebovir Hotel in London in advance at a cheaper rate. Later, they asked me through Booking.com to confirm my arrival and reservation code by email, which I did. On the morning of our check-in day, my reservation was suddenly cancelled. They claimed their Booking.com account had been hacked and all reservations were cancelled. I asked to rebook at the same price, but they refused and stopped responding. By then, the price had increased more than three times. It felt like they cancelled the booking to sell the room at a higher price. We spent the whole day looking for another hotel in London and finally had to book one at a very expensive rate. A very stressful and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel.
