Quiet convenient location but very close to amenities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The room was small but we were warned in advance of that.

Air conditioning during our stay in the summer was on point. Hotel also was in a wonderful location near the Tube and in a very cute and safe neighborhood with everything you need. Clean room, nice beds and showers.

Nice hotel close to the earls court tube station. Yes the room is small, but that’s expected for Europe. The AC was fantastic!! The room doors shut loudly and the walls are a bit thin so bring ear plugs.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The included-breakfast was wonderful and the staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything. Better selection, in my opinion, than Holiday Inn Express breakfasts that are also included. The shower was FABULOUS! Modern and perfect! The front desk staff were pleasant and professional, and I met the manager, who I thought was professional and courteous. I would definitely stay here again. The room is VERY cramped for two people.

Property is in a quiet neighborhood close to the tube and shops. Room was small but modern and very clean with a good size closet. Bed was comfortable, and the AC was a big plus during a mini heat wave in May. Elevator was out of service during most of our stay.

While the hotel did contact me after my booking (and payment) to inform me that rooms are small, my room was in fact a good size and the bathroom was a comfortable size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning in the room was moderate and it is necessary for our warmer summers (though the unit may have leaked. Air conditioning in the lobby was perfect. I believe the air conditioning unit leaked at some stage in the night and there was moisture on the carpet. I mentioned it upon check-out. Looking at the unit, it was probably not the first time. The curtains had not been closed prior to my check-in which meant it was more exposed to the sun on a very warm day. It's a small thing but can help keep older room cooler. These warmer temperatures will be more common every summer going forward.

Very small. No tables whete to put your belongings. In the breakfastroom I was asked twice my room number. After that the hostess said to me and I quote "You have to pay for breakfast. Do you understand". The other guests were only asked the room number.

Extremely small rooms

Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet street but conveniently located a five minute walk to the underground. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The rooms are quite small but that’s typical for London accommodations. Earl’s Court is far from most attractions so taking the tube is a necessity for getting around the city.

The only missing thing was more surfaces for one's items.... maybe a small desk or a folding stand for a small suitcase. The space was there for this in the double room, easy to add to some rooms.

Decent location. Food prices ok in neighborhood. Breakfast was good but maybe could be earlier.

Location and staff.

Staff Was Friendly Especially (Dana, Sanjana, and Maria). They made breakfast time very joyful and entertaining. The room and bathroom were "Extra" small! A tiny guy like me, hardly 5'8 weighing 68KG, only found a hard time in the bathroom while showering and washing feet. Also, the ceiling isn't very high, so if you're tall, it's likely that your head would touch the wall. The bathroom mirror light started beeping on the last day of my checkout at 5AM in the morning. So they asked me to turn off the lights and open the window as it was sunrise time, and at 5AM, they couldn't call someone for repair. No slippers were provided, which made the sheets untidy once we went to bed, due to lint and on carpet. Not to forget the Elevator also caused problem one day; however it was resolved the following day! Overall this isn't a "4 star Hotel"! The Max I'd Rate Is "3 Star" that too because of friendly staff and location ?

Good mattress to rest and air condition. The breakfast was very good too

Our room was on the fifth floor and the elevator wasn’t working for the whole duration of our stay.

I liked how centrally located the hotel was. It was just a few blocks from the Earl’s Court station which was very convenient. The shower was amazing! It is old and very small. We had a twin room and I literally had less than the length of my foot’s space between the wall and the bed. There was only enough room for one person to walk in front of the closet and TV.

No proper bathroom door.
