Staff was wonderfully charming, funny and helpfull. Nicely located little hotel with good services and connections nearby. It was hot outside and despite the fan, without real air conditioning, a little hot inside as well

The room was small but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. They do not have air conditioning but the room had a powerful and quiet fan that rotated. The owners and staff were so hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the art on the walls. One of the owners told me they get the art at charity auctions. And, of course, the location is superb. Walking distance to Westminster attractions and the Tate Britain, but in a very quiet neighborhood. Be aware that the property does not have an elevator. Ask for a lower floor room if you are not able to negotiate stairs.

The staff were really friendly and gave us a room to suit my husband's mobility challenges. They were especially great at breakfast time. It's a family -run hotel and that made all the difference. Breakfast was fine, and the room was clean and all we needed. A good base for a weekend in London.
