Our first stay , I booked for my wife's birthday , and the staff could not have been more helpful , an upgrade on arrival and a complimentary bottle of wine once they learned of the birthday .Excellent location with Gazette restaurant linked , had a pleasant evening meal on their terrace and a continental breakfast in the morning.Would recommend Only an issue with the TV channels , which I reported ,a signal/aerial problem .

I love everything about the hotel. Location, staff, room everything was great! Especially staff were really nice and kind. I forgot adopter (british) and let me borrow one for free. Love it and book it again!

The location, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff members I was there before, several times, when it was Zetter Clerkenwell. Compared to then, it seems to have lost its soul. The room felt cold, I missed the wonderful and warm atmosphere from before

The cleanliness and staff. The quietness, too. Small room, felt a bit claustrophobic. Really disliked the colour scheme being red/orange and the orange light in the bedroom.
