Comfy rooms , nice quiet location , friendly staff The control panel touchscreen for lights / AC is useless , I had to call the reception to adjust my AC from central and it didn’t even work

All of it, 4th time coming and 10/10 again. Staff are amazing, room was unbelievable. We was guest of the day so we got a lovely bottle of Prosecco, note and fruit platter! I will be staying here again. The new sauna is clean and lovely, the beds so comfy. Breakfast is the nicest breakfast I’ve ever had! Nothing all amazing

My brother and I had an excellent stay at the Montcalm Royal London House and would definitely come back. The staff were particularly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us a late check-out on our last day, which we really appreciated. The hotel was spotless and our room was cleaned impeccably every day. The room itself was very comfortable and extremely well equipped, with thoughtful details such as a portable clothes steamer. The location is excellent for exploring London, with very good transport connections nearby. We also really enjoyed the wellness area with the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which is included in the stay and was perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. Overall, the value for money was excellent considering the location, quality of the hotel, facilities and level of service. Everything met our expectations and we would have no hesitation staying here again. The only minor issue was the fridge in the room, which did not get cold enough to properly chill drinks. However, whenever we asked the staff for ice, it was delivered to our room very quickly, so this was only a small inconvenience.

clean big room elegant style relaxing spa

Loved this hotel. First, the staff were all lovely. Everyone, holding doors, making conversation, smiling. Second, room welcoming was great. Third, roof terrace breakfast delicious. Minor - I got to the roof terrace at night late. Would've loved to have just had a look out for a couple minutes at the view - didn't need to drink.

My second time staying at the hotel. Amazing staff, who very kindly upgraded me to a breakfast on the rooftop which was excellent. The views from there and the rooms were great, the spa area is small but has everything you need. Everything is finished to the highest standard. Location is great, shops restaurants and tube all within walking distance. We will be back Nothing

It was in a Convenient location. My friend and I went for a work conference and specifically the spa, pool, workout room and they were all closed when we were there for renovation. It essentially ruined the experience we We’re hoping to have. No one told us prior. They ended up refunded a portion of the stay however we had to fight hard and advocate for this with both booking.com and the site. Neither were willing initially to do anything. I will never be using booking.com again due to this and the lack of communication between the 2 places. It was like playing a game of hot potato-no one wanted to take accountability for it. I was floored. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Well placed to all central attractions, just a 10 min walk to Liverpool St station. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. Staff were all very polite and friendly and Breakfast was excellent There was no stand out thing that I didn’t like about the property.

I have stayed here a few times, and I come back because the hotel is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating! Also a great location, would definitely recommend.

Amqzing staff, great roof terrace, great food

The staff were friendly and although we were initially disappointed as our rooms were not set up as the 'twin rooms' we had booked, this was rectified and we were generously offered complimentary breakfast for the trouble. This was very welcomed and well received. The spa facilities are very poor considering the high standards presented throughout the hotel. The gym is genuinely one of the worst I have been to. You cannot access the weights if someone else is in the room as there is only one bench. The space is incredibly small and is mostly taken up by very old cardio equipment. I was not able to run on the treadmill due to noise it made and the feeling like it was going to break. The pool is small but nice and the infra-red sauna is quite pathetic, providing barely any heat whatsoever.

Locations to the Underground made it easy to get around the city. The rooftop restaurant/bar was lively and fun They were repairing elevators which made one set of elevators unusable and the entrance to the brewery was not available in the hotel.
