Central location, close to restaurants and bars and a short walking distance to Victoria train station, bus station and underground. Great aircon in the room and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room There was construction work going on in the building and workers right outside our window. I did not even know! I opened the window to find a man standing right outside.

Excellent location being an easy walk to Victoria with access to trains, underground and bus terminals. Many lovely restaurants in the surrounding streets. The room was small, but hey, this is London. Bed was comfy and it had a good shower. Nice quiet room, although the air conditioning was a little noisier than I might've expected. Overall a comfortable place to stay and I'd happily visit again.

The room has kettle so you can make your tea/coffee. Hairdryer, iron. The location is good, not too touristic and crowded, easy walk to metro/buses, many restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly. Internet worked well too. AC works good. No noise outside. The room is tiny and the bed is a little small, also there is no elevator. For us it was no problem, but something to take into account.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and that those are the things that mattered. It was a very small room, barely enough room to open one's bag, and the shower cubicle was particularly small. But it served its purpose for a one-night stopover.

Hotel is in a great location, a 10 minute walk from Victoria train / coach station. Room was clean and staff were welcoming and friendly. It was perfect for the occasion as I booked last minute (the night before an event I was attending) Nothing much to say. Room is small so if you were a couple it might be tight for space but it has everything you need such as ironing board and iron, hairdryer, clean shower facilities in your room.

The neighborhood was quiet and quaint The older townhouse stairs went on forever to get to the top floor, with luggage this can be a real challenge. Be aware, there is no lift available at this property. If not on the first floor there will be narrow and steep stairs.

The room itself and the location within London. Stairs to the upper levels where our room was could be challenging for other people, especially with heavier baggage. No lifts!
