Family room was excellent: good size, well equipped, and with a comfortable rollaway bed for my teenager. The location was also really good: Borough Market, Bankside, Tate Modern, and London Bridge Station were all within a 10 minute walk. Despite being on Southwark Bridge Road, there were no issues with noise. Nothing to add given the value for money.

Good regular hotel not so far from the center. We stayed here second time and were satisfied with everything. If you come late and have to grab a bite - there is always good 24/7 pizza directly in the hotel restaurant.

It was clean On our last day we had no running water in our room due to a burst pipe I feel the staff dealt well with it And offered us another room to shower in

Friendly, polite & professional staff throughout the hotel. We arrived 20 mins before checkin time, our room wasn't ready so were given a complementary drink at the bar which was an unexpected & nice touch. Great vibe in the bar & restaurant area. Great location. There was nothing to not like although the prices do seem to have risen alot.
