Stay here almost every London trip now. Location is ideal, close to Underground and transport links. There are plenty of options locally for food and drink without having to get on the tube. Rooms are typically CitizenM Quirky. Food is good, if you choose to dine in or need a bite - really nice, healthy options too. Free water font/tap in the bar is a nice touch and if you don't want to work in your room during a work trip, the ground floor has a cool hangout space with great wifi.

Good location, quirky cabin style room and bed. Nice breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Plumbing in the first room failed, so had to move rooms. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room & a warning not to use my own because it would be a severe fire risk.

Great location and very comfortable bed. There was no kettle on the room and therefore no cups. More importantly there were no glasses either, so impossible to have drink of water at night.When we phoned reception to ask for glasses they said they didn't do ''room service.'! The fridge in our room didn't work it was warmer than the room temperature. When we asked reception to sort this, they said they would, however nothing was done. The flimsy partition around the toilet/shower gave little real privacy. There was no room to get out of the bed on both sides. Style over substance .

Great location, comfy common areas, and a perfect AC in the heatwave! Only cleaning once in a 6 night stay, but we could have ordered more. Unsure if we would have to pay extra in that case.

Everything. Fabulous place and I loved how colourful everything is, right from the lobby and entrance. Having a well-functioning A/C was a blessing in the weather London was going through when I was visiting. The location is fabulous - across the street from M&S supermarket, and walking distance to Borough Market, restaurants, and metro. The one minor thing was that one of the 2 elevators was not working. Not a big deal - simply a minor inconvenience.

Location and super comfy bed Stained towel, shower was falling apart, shower handle was leaking more water out of the handle than the head, some part of the room were chipped. Shower curtain was broken and somehow dirty. Tablet was chipped on the sides, quite dangerous. It was also extremely slow, luckily most functions had switches on the walls. No way to comment those things on tablet, or order of room service or other things. The communication over booking was bad - some AI bot, super long answers with repetitive and useless information just to find out I cannot be helped. Also, I was overcharged by Booking.com.

Stayed many times over years. Always friendly, great space and the pod bedrooms are delightfully odd. Not everyone’s cup of tea but I love them. Great space in lobby/ bar and very near all south bank fun. One lift broken this time - not a biggie
