Great location for what we needed to finish our European holiday. 4 nights in clean, comfortable and easily accessible hotel. The staff on the front desk were always very helpful each and every question or query we had. We could easily walk home from our activities during the day and evening. Not applicable

I enjoyed eating at the restaurant. We had diner after a long flight, and It was satisfying, since it was already in the Hotel and it did not require making a reservation or walking outside of the Hotel. I enjoyed the taste of coffee in the morning for Breakfast. It was confusing not to have two rooms on the same floor, since my family required two rooms, I was offered two different floors, using elevator was inconvenient while going back and force. I was told not to book through third party, since Hotel cannot make any changes to my reservation, and my two rooms were placed on two different floors. The other confusion was about promising me extra points for not using cleaning services, or for not asking towel exchange, by doing so we save the planet - since reducing chemicals while not doing extra laundry ( for linen & towels) apparently, it was not true. I did not get any extra points, since that rule - promise was canceled prior to my arrival.

As a family of 4 with tweens/teenagers we chose this hotel for the interconnecting rooms and were not disappointed. The rooms were modern, clean and beds comfortable. The welcome slushie on arrival was a nice touch and appreciated on a hot day. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a convenient location with close proximity to the Tube, supermarkets and Borough Market. Breakfast was great. Nitpicking but proper coffee (not from a machine) at breakfast would be nice.

Location, atmosphere and staff. The black walls in the room, which made the room very dark. And we did like the mattress, it was a soft spring.
