Staff there is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Very limited space with useless furniture. We can hardly stretch in the room.

The location was perfect for our trip to The Globe. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and so smiley. The breakfasts were very nice but not a huge amount of cooked food for vegetarians

The facility was very clean and bright. The location was exactly where we needed to be for our scheduled tours and ease of travel. The staff were outstanding! Very friendly, upbeat yet professional. They appeared to really like their jobs and made us feel welcomed. After over 12 hours of travel we were exhausted and desperately needing sleep. Even though we arrived before check in time, the staff was gracious enough to find a room that was available and allowed us to check in a little early without charge. Bathroom was a good size and had all the necessary amenities. Water was hot and plentiful. Breakfast was delicious! We were very impressed with the variety and quality of the selections. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect and close to public transportation if you don’t want to walk too far. Lack of storage in the room. There isn’t a closet or dresser making it difficult to organize clothes for our three night stay.

Nice safe area but close to many tourists attractions and walkable to the train/tube stations. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The hotel had good air conditioning. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. I would choose this hotel again when visiting London. Nothing.

It is very accessible to London. Cleanliness is excellent and beds very comfortable. It was practically silent in our ground floor room, no traffic noise. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and modern. Breakfast choice was good, fresh and plentiful. We booked a room for 3, my adult daughters and I, but the room was really too tight with the fold out bed for 3 nights. Maybe 1 night would be ok. Breakfast was a bit manic as buffet area is small, granted we were in the last hour brigade.
