The bartender Cleofas made the BEST mojitos, I have had in this country for a long time!!! And server Anwaz was more than attentive. Great staff all round at the Blackfriars

Staff, facilities included gym and pool. Breakfast was lovely. No bin in room other than small bin in bathroom.

The bathroom could have more hooks to hang the towels and we didn’t like that the glass was in the shower was still partially see through.

Location was really amazing, walking distance to metro. Plenty of restaurants around the area, also a flat iron nearby, which was awesome.

Nice and clean hotel. My daughter was excited for the swimming pool and it was a nice break in the evenings to be able to swim before heading to bed for the evening. Would recommend.

Everything Cost of food

Great location for Waterloo Station and access to the Southbank area, tube a short walk away. Hotel was clean, staff were helpful and an added bonus of being able to leave your bags in a secure locked room before checking in and after checking out. Pool was nice, can’t comment on the food as didn’t eat in the hotel. Would definitely use again.
