We were happy with our stay with courteous staff and clean room then Upon our stay we encountered a medical emergency within the hotel at an event we were attending,the staff and management were absolutely amazing throughout the episode absolutely amazing people

I was there for the Gregg Braden event so wanted to stay where the event was held for convenience. I had a beautiful top floor suite which was perfect and very quiet. Staff were lovely and friendly. Nothing it totally suited my needs

Fabulous hotel ,well located Was a little bit surprised about the £50 deposit/bond per night per room ,in total for us £200 !!! The little shop was very well stocked but extremely expensive too

room was big and had a really comfy sofa. refrigerator is really small. bathroom had so much hair everywhere.

I searched on Booking ♡ I didn’t like that the bathtub was too tiny, so I had to stand parallel to shower and still my elbows slammed on the side.

The manager who booked me in was wonderful, I declined an upgrade as I wanted a bath but after seeing the room I regretted that decision. I was on the 7th floor, it was quiet away from road noise (and despite being by the lifts), bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked the light well. Room was tired and the bathroom could have been cleaner (hairs). The bath tap/plug was broken and literally placed in position so it fell off when touched. After checking out I realised I had left something in the fridge, trying to explain to receptionist was a struggle and there was no urgency whatsoever to help even though I explained I had to go back into an event. The young woman was clearly put out by my request. Eventually I had to leave it but I went back later and was told it hadnt been found. Quite ridiculous as I had left it in the fridge myself. The breakfast was average, plates for cooked breakfast were cold, porridge was barely warm, not a great range of fruit. All in all, for the price it wasnt a great experience and I won't stay next time I attend events there.

Clean and large room. Comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, a 3 minutes walk to the station.
