nothing. vile room, vile hotel, no bar as stated, had an awful smell throughout. Absolute vile room, had an awful smell throughout the entire building. The room had no window I could barley breath. No bar as stated online, ended up not staying because it was that bad, would never stay again.

Great location and small but cosy rooms. I were first placed in floor -1 and were moved to 3 only after we complained. Also the breakfast is very basic and dos not worth the £20 pounds extra.

Very good location for the tube / underground, easy to use as a base for visiting central London. Room was a little small but still adequate for our needs.

Friendly staff and great location especially for the airport The room was uninhabitable. It was in the basement, had recently flooded and smelt and carpet was mouldy, shower door didn’t work, no light to see (did makeup by the light of my phone torch), peeling off stickers on walls. Staff said they have told management but the hotel still overbooks. So much for Superior. The worst place I’ve ever stayed.
