Breakfast was ok, location as well - almost on High Street. Room was fine in size for two people, the double bed was comfy. Neighbourhood is pleasant, especially during the day. It is quiet at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is an underground and a bus station nearby which connect you easily to the main London locations. There is no fridge in the room. It was a very hot July and we missed a fridge to cool our drinks. The hotel building wouldn`t mind some renovation.

**“Very good location, but it’s disappointing that the hotel doesn’t clearly advertise how expensive the parking is. This adds a significant extra cost to the stay and should be made clear when booking.”** **“Very good location, but it’s disappointing that the hotel doesn’t clearly advertise how expensive the parking is. Room size good, bed comfortable and on quiet side as requested. Upholstered chairs especially in eating area very dirty. Breakfast food area not large enough & food not hot. As single person my breakfast stuff got taken away when I went up for hot food.

The staff was excellent and really close to local amenities. Not far from the tube station, I would stay again. Nothing

We book primarily for the location and the proximity to the train station. Airconditioning was good. We were told that due to some issue the Airconditioning system was not in our rooms and there were no alternative available. Breakfast spread could have been better.

Located close to the underground, kind and helpful staff, quit air-con, reasonable quality of the bed mattresses Rooms at the back part of the hotel are noisy due to the trains that pass by till midnight. Worn off furniture and dirty seats in the dining room

Location was good! The staff were very helpful and friendly. I especially want to mention Willy! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He helped us with our luggage, and communication with him was always clear and easy. He is truly a brilliant member of the team! We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Too crowded but it’s not hotel’s fault. Everyone wants to stay here haha

The hotel is in a great location, roughly an 8-minute walk from Hammersmith station, which offers convenient access to local shops and supermarkets. Housekeeping was consistently thorough, keeping the room clean throughout the stay. For London, the room rate is particularly reasonable. On the downside, the breakfast area hygiene needs attention, as crumbs were frequently visible on tables and floors, and some chairs were visibly stained. The lack of an in-room fridge also means any fresh or chilled food must be eaten straight away. Overall, with breakfast included, it offers excellent value for money.

He had a room at the back of the third floor bery close to the metro but it didnt bother us at all. If you have the window closed you can barely hear it, he had a very pleasant experience What I found unpleasant was how big the sink was and how small the water pipe was. Everytime I washed my hands the water would just spill outside because it was very close to the edge of the sink xD

This is definitely good value for money. The location is really good, very well connected to all touristic locations with 2 metro stations nearby. We also visited Legoland at Windsor and the bus to Legoland had a stop close to the hotel, so this was a very convenient and cheap transport option. I would expect a better breakfast though based on the reviews I saw before booking. But I guess it's ok for this budget. It's just absolutely the same breakfast every day so when you stay long enough it's becoming a little bit too same every morning.
