Good location and within 5 minutes walk of both Hammersmith Underground and the Apollo. A 10 minute walk to some nice pubs on the banks of the Thames by Hammersmith bridge No lift to the rooms may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues but apart from that nothing to grumble about

Location was great, comfortable room with air con as room was cool when we arrived, breakfast bag time delivery time taken on check in which gets delivered to your door, friendly staff and they gave us a complimentary room upgrade as we stayed for my birthday. Happy with our stay and will return!

Location Rooms so tiny could hardly move . My Daughters mattress room 123 had a big dent in because had springs missing .

The location was perfect near the underground and there are many shops and things to do. The room was very clean the staff was kind they even upgraded our room the breakfast was really good The only bad thing is there is no elevator for the room that starts from 200 and to go to the reception you have to go outside and the entrance is different

Our room did not have a lift even though the other block did. It should have been made clearer that not all rooms had a lift.

The price The room was extremely small and uncomfortable. The desk was practically unusable, as there was not enough space to pull out the chair and sit comfortably. Breakfast was provided in a bag and left on the floor outside the room. Moreover, the breakfast service for the neighbouring room woke us up because it was delivered before ours, despite the breakfast delivery having been arranged for a later time.
