Location, design, cleanliness, price, breakfast No clear guidance on parking facilities. Even when we were guided to the designated parking area, the same receptionist failed to inform us that we needed to register the car on the hotel system.

The inside of the windows were filthy

The room quality was fine, honestly one of the best beds I slept in during my travels in Europe. The breakfast was fine, below average compared to France and Spain, but wide variety of foods including vegan options. It would be fun to stay there during a football game and it made clearly designed to be enjoyed by sporting enthusiasts visiting the stadium. We stayed there by mistake trying to find a hotel for a long layover so we were there literally less than 10 hours. We didn't get to enjoy the other property amenities. The greeting by staff at check in was quite mixed, with one young woman trying to be kind and helpful while her elder employee acted put out and confused by my husband's few basic questions, she was really rude and not ok. She was also cross and short to the group of people there before us so I didn't take it personally, just a snobby person? Or hates her job? It was the last stay of our vacation and less pleasant due to our interaction with her.

The cleanliness the breakfast Far from city centet

There was no hot water for showers in the morning. When we told the receptionist, she told us cheerily that it was now fixed - not really reading the fact that that was no good to us as we were checking out without having showers. Also the receptionist, Donna was friendly but very pushy about giving her a review and basically made us do it before she checked us in. We hadn't even seen the room. Also she had a very different demeanor the next time we met her - once her review had been done. We thought this was very unnprofessional.

The staff and the room were lovely and it was an easy check in process. We were given a complimentary breakfast as we had a power outage on one evening and so I requested breakfast as compensation. There was a good selection available for breakfast, which we enjoyed. The car park was a little bit away from the front door. If travelling with small bags, this isn't a problem but we had a lot of heavy luggage and bags and dragging the cases over the pebble car park was difficult and the cases ended up getting very dusty. The electricity went off in the evening on one night and we were without electricity for a few hours and it was late. Navigating round the room in the dark wasn't great and we had been out all day and the batteries on our phone were almost depleted so we couldn't use our torches on the phone. Not able to watch the TV to wind down after a busy day sight seeing either and the phone lines were also cut off to reception so no updates unless you were going to reception to ask.

The room was very hot, the Aircon wasn't working correctly, could not set it to a lower temperature and found out on our departure that other guests had the same problem. The bar area was disappointing, we expected a little more of a vibe, to show case a world class stadium.

Location and parking We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was noises from the gym on the ground floor

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this property during an England rugby weekend, so its super convenient You really need to do something about the staff you employ for match days. Whilst there are many, they are so slow at responding to requests and half the time didn’t understand what we asked for. The food in the restaurants is below standard and not worth the inflated price

Breakfast with menu ,limited options

Location The toilet in the room was full of excrement and had not been cleaned. There was constant door slamming from other guests throughout the early hours along with children screaming. If I hadn’t had a meeting in the morning and another hotel was available near by I would of left The receptionist next morning was not interested when I voiced my feedback. Which was really incapable.
-
It was very clean and very new They had a spin class on at 6am near the bedrooms and was kept up after 29hours of traveling. Reception didn’t seem to care either.
-
We had a fire alarm and there was very few staff to help us or communciate with us and we ended up lost.

I came to bring over 100 years of California rugby history to the World Rugby Museum and so glad I stayed here! Literally part of the stadium complex made bringing the items effortless considering it was over 40 lbs of historical items. The decor is best described as Rugby meets hi-style fashion in red and it works so well. Then there's the most welcoming, efficient staff whether you arrive at 11 at night or see them before getting a coffee in the morning. Shout out to Piyanka, Sabina, and Donna for helping me have the most amazing stay, meeting, and joyous time celebrating my successful donation of memorabilia. I had to leave to go to my next destination because the room was amazing and the view as well.

Great location for Wembley only 7.5 miles away and we had a car and they had parking, short walk to train station if needed and local high street. Lovely hotel, very clean and spacious, friendly and helpful reception staff, breakfast was good, would definitely stay here again. Our windows wouldn’t open and the room air con was on, wasn’t sure how to change the temp

Proximity to my event venue. The food quality was poor. The hotel was very dark and not very clean. The air in my room did not work, despite multiple reports to the front desk it was never resolved. The bed was hard and lumpy. I ultimately checked out a day earlier and found an alternate because it was so uncomfortable.
