We didn't have breakfast. Everything we needed.

Road noise

Good location , staff were friendly and the place has a good atmosphere. Food was good and reasonably priced. Also a nice outside area but just a bit cold to use it during my visit. Some of the furniture in my room was a little dated but still fully functional.

Fun facility. Enjoyed the convivial atmosphere.

Noise from the road, but it was manageable.

Staff were execeptionally polite. Car park was great. Plenty of spaces. The room and ensuite was a great size and clean and comfortable. The room is in an old building which gives a nice character. We stayed for 1 night as we were going to a game at Twickenham stadium. We got an uber easily from and back to the property. (£14 there, £8 back) so good location for games. We didnt stay for breakfast as we had to get back. Overall, was a very nice stay, ideal for what we wanted. Nothing.

Very clean room. Everything I needed was there. Very helpful and friendly. Excellent parking. Fab full English breakfast and excellent coffee. Looks a bit tired from the outside.

It was clean and the staff was helpful and kind. It was too far away from things. Transportation was expensive. Also staff wasn’t there late at night.

I was here for 2 weeks and the room was great, the service was good, and the drinks are reasonably priced in the pub downstairs. Wi-fi is strong enough to work remotely in the room, and there are tons of meal options close to the hotel if you don't want to eat in the pub every night. I also had no problem getting to central London at most times of the day.

Great little pub, sport on TV, breakfast was nice and room was very good

It was convenient to all the things we wanted to do in the area and away from the city. It was part of an English pub

Friendly staff Loud bass with karaoke until midnight kept us awake until midnight as it was below our bedroom in their pub; peeling wallpaper in bedroom and wall damage in bathroom, tiny sink with no plug outlet in bathroom, poor WiFi, walked out mid morning to our car returned to find all doors locked to hotel. Notified Natalie on booking.com of our overcharge the first night and decision to not stay the second night. She never resolved our issue.

In city I needed to stay in Parking essentially non-existent. “free parking” only for 4 cars and reserved in advance. NO hot, or even lukewarm water (until we told the front desk at breakfast-time. Water warmed up after breakfast. Stained sheet. Narrow stairs making carrying luggage difficult.

My room was cozy and well equipped. The staff responded to all my queries quickly and were overall very friendly and helpful. Train and underground stations are in walking distance from the location and of course a nice pub is just downstairs. The room under the roof was small and the ceiling very low, therefore not so good for tall people.

Very friendly staff, clean and cosy room. Delicious breakfast made to order. For us the location was excellent. Very easy access to Heathrow airport. We also liked the courtyard where you could sit and enjoy a pint... The internet for guests was not good.

Less than 10 minute walk to the Piccadilly Line, great local atmosphere, friendly host and patrons in the pub, clean roo

We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room. Thank you for all your kindness

The room was a bit small.
