Booking .com terrible as was this hotel I booked the hotel. They said I didn't book and booking .com.said I was a no show. Lies. My wife had taken a 14 hour flight and was unwell and to be turned away from the hotel. A complete disaster. I will not use booking .com.again. a disaster. Even now the thought of this experience brings me to tears

They need a better refrigerator, guests should be able to heat their food- no microwave

Location is in a quiet suburb with good access to Heathrow. It is 40 min away from airport. The bus stop is right opposite hotel for airport as well as other parts of the town

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Park Grand Heathrow from April 24 to April 29. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after long days out. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, good housekeeping service, and convenient location close to Heathrow Airport and public transport. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend Park Grand Heathrow to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again in the future. No fridge in the room

Have stayed in this hotel 4 times, hotel is very comfortable. Staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. Highly reccomend staying here. Stayed here 4 times, Breakfast on each occasion was very poor,

Tea making facilities were in a small area with no light it wasn't easy to use, car park very tight, my car was damaged

Location , clean hotel and staff very helpful as I arrived early and they gave me the room , the location was phenomenal , bus , train and food just steps away ! I booked the single room , the bed was small and the mattress was very hard for my liking .

The food was very bland and cold. Scrambled eggs was full of water no taste. Bacon was undercooked.

Value for money Parking is expensive

Good room, helpful staff. Breakfast "OK", 3 star standard. Heathrow is in the hotel's name, but the airport is 10 minutes Uber ride away outside of peak traffic hours, or you can walk to the train (Picadilly line) or bus stop.

We was not given the room we booked and paid for, we booked a double and was offered a twin.room after going down to complain we was then given a room with 4 single beds so went down to complain again and was told to wait while they find something coz they was apparently fully booked. After waiting 15minutes we was shown to a room that was clearly a twin room they just pushed the beds together and remade the bed to make it look like a double and was told it was basically it that or the room with 4 single beds. They claimed this was a double room I don't know how stupid the staff thought we were to not notice the gap in the middle of the bed

Excellent stay overall. Perfect for solo travel. The staff is super attentive, and the facilities are very clean. I’ve stayed there multiple times and will definitely keep on being a repeat customer!

Awesome hotel, small room was perfect for a short stay. Staff was extremely friendly!

Could have done with extra pillows (very small) bed was uncomfortable, we then got bitten whilst being in the room,buffet breakfast was cold and tasteless. (Nothing wrong with the hotel just the little things that I found uncomfortable)

Property is really good. Hotel staff was really cooperative specially Jason, Rehan, and Abrar.

Rooms were dated, had to get on my hands and knees to get to the plug sockets, air con wasn’t working. I read reviews that the breakfast was amazing but it wasn’t.

The room was tidy and quiet. The bathroom was clean, well lit and had both cold and hot water. The staff at the front desk was welcoming. The room lacked phone charging ports and there were no flat pin compatible plugs, which is commonly found across all the places I have traveled in South America, South East Asia and elsewhere thus far.
