Imperial Guest House

The shared spaces and hallways were clean and well stocked. There were nice bistro tables on the back porch to have meals which was a nice touch. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a fan in the room which was much appreciated given the high temperatures during our stay. There were many food options available within a short 2 block walk including a food market with individual food vendors. We enjoyed the convenience, variety, and quality we found at the market. There was truly something for everyone. Our room was on the ground floor across from reception. Because of the need to keep the windows open overnight, it was a little noisy. However, for the cost and proximity to the airport it was perfect for our needs. We will stay again when we visit next year. Overnight noise from the main road. Needed to be able to open the windows a bit more to catch a breeze but without someone being able to crawl in. There were people outside through the night.

Size and temp

The hotel is in a good neighborhood that is convenient to both Heathrow and London. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The wifi worked well.

The room is very clean. Staff are courteous. The bed is small. Maybe I paid for a smaller room though. The TV is too small and hung up high on the wall.

Convenient location near Hounslow Central, easy check in, friendly front desk staff, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The room was warm (in January even with the heat off) and we couldn’t leave the windows open overnight since we were on the first floor. There was a bit of hallway noise but very manageable with earplugs

This property is in a great location with the train in walking distance, wonderful pubs nearby and a fabulous coffee shop on the way to the train station. The property is clean and quiet with wonderful staff.

The staff was pleasant and helpful The room was very clean, the mattress and linens were clean and crisp. The locations’s proximity to the subway was perfect. There were very good restaurants close by, Cafe Venezia being one. There were a couple neighborhood pubs close by and small groceries nearby. Very noisy Newer remodel nothing to absorb sound. Heard people talking in the hallway. Not their fault because of closeness to Heathrow keys landing started at 05:30. Towel heater never worked, heater in room worked in occasion. Working class neighborhood yet never felt unsafe.
