Nothing. Just the location Absolutely nothing!! Staff are nice but owners and managers are money hungry. There weren’t clear info about this place Does Not have Air Conditioning. In fact it wasn’t even mentioned. Just the things included in the room booking. Time for Booking.com and others to make sure these hotels display clearly if their hotels have or have not air conditioned rooms.

Wonderful staff and good location with easy access to Heathrow. The bathroom needs renovation, especially the floor in the shower.

Very conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and efficient. Allowed us to store our bags and wait in the communal areas as we had to wait for our lift to the airport. Even have us a cup of coffee for no extra charge as we waited. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower and included a great breakfast in the room cost. Having a cuddle with Rio the dog was a real bonus. Thank you, Firs Lodge :) Nothing

Close to the airport and easy to locate. Our bathroom toilet was clogged but the amazing staff came and fixed it immediately.

Everything about the hotel is fantastic. The hotel is reasonably priced and clean. The hygiene is good. The breakfast in the morning is good and heavy, so you can skip lunch and carry on with your activities in the city. The front desk staff GurCharan was very helpful, polite, and treated all of us with courtesy and went his out of way to help. Overall, it is hard to find reasonably priced, good accommodation in an expensive city like London. Nothing, except there is no mirror in the washroom and the shower is difficult to maneuver.

I loved this place. The room was simple but clean and a nice size. Staff carried my bags upstairs was super helpful. There was parking right in front of the hotel. In the morning they made us a great breakfast. This is now my go to for airport drop offs. I thought it was great.

We stayed here as both were working locally . Perfectly located easy to find with many eating options locally . Free Parking is much appreciated as was the included breakfast . It was delicious . The staff were so helpful and polite . A stay on a budget but we will definitely return . The room was clean and warm with a Modern Showeroom .We also appreciated the bottled water and Fridge in the room . Thank you

Great, clean rooms and staff was very professional. Super close to a Sainsbury’s and the Underground, making it super easy to get into London as well as to Heathrow.

The staff were very polite and welcoming. I enjoyed the outdoor space in the back.

The location and the proximity to the Hounslow west tube station and the market nearby. The size of the room, the bathroom, the cleanliness, the boring breakfast with no variety. Every single day same eggs and hashbrowns.
