Great location and PRANIK at reception was excellent in his service and welcome.

Warm welcome and very accommodating. The room was spacious and the location was great. No toothbrush kit etc in the bathroom.

The room was nice, lovely bathroom with nice facilities. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting Buckingham Palace during our stay, and it was just a short walk away. The hotel staff were all extremely pleasant and friendly. Our room was advertised as having a City view, however when we opened the curtains all we could see was the walls and windows of the hotel next to us, it would be impossible to see anything else from this room. Also the tea and coffee options in the room were very limited, there were only 2 teabags left in the room at any one time, with only 4 small pots of milk.
