Breakfast was amazing. Staff were super accommodating. They helped my daughters stay be extra memorable as it was a birthday weekend getaway. We were both super happy. Special thank you to Boris who really went the extra mile for us. We will defintely go back!

Location was great, gym small but super for city center in London with new equipment Room way toooo small that you can’t open your luggage even!! Also you prepay a big amount when you reach in case you take something that I never met before as you can pay everything in the check out. Still didn’t got my refund back

Great location, very friendly staff with excellent service at reception and also in the bar where the staff were exceptional Breakfast was not a great experience. Over 20 minutes to bring an Americano and a latte. No one seemed that interested to serve us generally.

Great place beautiful building and very nicely located There was no option for early check in not even when offered to pay. Also one of the front desk people seemed a little bothered when I asked a couple questions related to pricing but her colleague was great and helped but with no problems
