Amazing service and very very clean

Apartment was clean and matched the description well. The furniture was lovely.

Very close to the Green park, convenience store, pharmacies, and restaurants. The facilities were complete, the apartment is cozy, and there’s smart tv. The host is very helpful.

Very good location and the porter was responsive The pictures are not what you get. Do not be fooled. The fittings and maintenance of the apartment was shocking and really really cheap- my student flat was better 15 years ago. For example: - the lift broke once on our stay and also was broken a few days before our stay - we had to put our finger into the control panel in the lift to reach the button- a real electrical hazard - and this was it ‘fixed’ -the kitchen cupboards were wrapped with these peeling off - the shower head broke on the second day and we had to get a new one - the bathroom towel rail was held onto the wall with wire - there were 2 portable air con units, one of which kept leaking all over the floor - the floorboards are coming up - there was a bidet gun fixed to one of the bathroom sinks for some reason - pretty gross The whole place is very tired and all of the maintenance is a bodge job with no money spent on making it nice. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. My advice is to avoid. There are plenty of other better options on booking.com and if you need an apartment airbnb.

It's a very spacious apartment and for a group it's excellent value for money. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were generous. The hosts were nice enough. There was a certain overall grottiness to the place. Looked good at first glance, but there were a lot of small things that didn't quite work or were gritty.

Location, cleanliness, size

Property and Location are fine. But House manager is bad. We couldn’t put our luggage in the Shaw House for a few hours after checking out. House manager didn’t answer me by phone which was shown on the wall in the reception. We were in trouble, afterwards. Hot water was not enough for 4 people. Toilet paper was not enough from the beginning. Towels were not enough.

Great location. Just a few minutes walk to Green Park underground station. Good location and extremely quiet at night. Has a small balcony but there isn’t a view. Nice to sit on after a long day Needs some better quality work. You can see it has been updated but the quality of craftsmanship and work done isn’t the best.

Cozy The pictures are different from what we got

The location of the apartment is very good. The apartment was nothing like the photos. It was old, worn down, and had an unpleasant smell throughout. The fridge smelled especially bad, and there was also a strange odor coming from the bath. The bed had old, worn sheets and pillows, and the wardrobe was extremely small. On top of that, the elevator button for the third floor was broken, and you had to put your finger into a hole to press it, which felt unsafe. We walked in and almost immediately decided not to stay. I canceled the booking and requested a refund, but only half of the amount was returned, and the owner has been unresponsive ever since.

The location
-
We had a great stay overall. The beds were incredibly comfy and made a big difference to how well we slept. The location was excellent — easy to get to and well connected, which made travelling to and from the apartment straightforward. It was a comfortable, convenient place to stay and we would happily return. The toilets often struggled to flush, and there were occasions when another tenant left the main entrance door wide open, which raised safety concerns for us as a group of six young women.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, exactly what you want after a busy day in London. The bed was super cozy, the bathroom felt luxurious, and everything was thoughtfully laid out. Great location, quiet at night, and the staff were warm and helpful. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend!

I really appreciated that they let us check in earlier because we were with a toddler, and really tired from the time difference. I requested the linens for the sofa bed and the coordinator said he’ll bring some covers, but never did. Since we were 4 people, we really needed that extra bed. Besides, the mattress of the sofa bed was dirty and unsuitable for someone to sleep directly on it.
