Everting were good. The only issue is that the dine-in service can take a long time to respond, and sometimes no one responds at all.

I’m very disappointed with my stay. The bathtub did not drain properly even after the drain cover was removed, towels left for replacement were not replenished, and the bathrobe provided was visibly damaged. These are basic standards I would expect from a hotel, and the issues significantly affected my comfort and overall experience. I would appreciate an appropriate resolution or compensation.
