As soon as you are outside,even before you get in you are treated like royalty. Well presented Doorman welcoming you - you enter another world as you step inside and are taken to reception to book in. This visit was a surprise retirement gift for my wife, who enjoyed it so much. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the excellent staff we encounted , and are a credit to the Hotel they represent . Rooms are fantastic, very comfy beds , great Bath & shower area, everything you would expect from a first class establishment. Can't fault it at all oh and as for the Breakfast, make sure you try the Home made Granola as a starter.. What a perfect start to the day... Gorgeous! Fantastic Hotel, Superb Staff, we will return ! . A lot of renovation going on ( I think for a few more years yet ?) so some of the dinning rooms and other areas are closed and unavailable . Be sure to ask before you book, as you may not get the visit you are expecting.

Room good size and well decorated although missing simple things Going through extensive renovations. No real lobby to relax. Lift doesn’t work I got stuck in there. Staff didn’t care. Not the hospitality expected for the ritz. They are changing high prices and not delivering quality product. Should shut down for renovation. None of the orginal restaurants or bars are open. Everything is squashed into a small footprint. Entering the hotel is chaotic with delivery vans out the front. Not 5 star. Hotel manager doesn’t care. They should be upfront about the state of the hotel instead of not telling guests

Staff are friendly and helpful. Guestroom is luxury, cozy and comfortable. Hotel is under renovation (facade) and it definitely affects the enjoyment. Dust from construction works affects guests waiting at zebra crossing outside hotel.

Wonderful stay as always. It was our third time at the Ritz London, we always hope to come back. Very best hotel, at the very best location, with the very best and smiling staff. Nothing.

Service was phenomenal. Everyone from the Bell Hop, Front Desk, Concierge were perfect. Asking about the stay, helping with things to do and see in the city. Nothing, it was perfect.
