Very nice hotel staff we're lovely and were very obliging ideal location for a visit to London Room was modest ...the breakfast regular nothing out of the ordinary ...not alot of seats in the lobby to relax and people watch or read the paper

The choice at breakfast was vey good and it was delicious. Service was very prompt and friendly. Charlie's restaurant was being refurbished so was not available for breakfast or Sunday lunch which we had to cancel. Thatw as disappointing

We stayed at the hotel as a treat for a family birthday. The hotel was fantastic from pre arrival contact to checking out.Staff were attentive and the small cake in the room was a wonderful touch for my brother in law’s birthday..Housekeeping made sure our rooms were spotless with thoughtful finishing touches for comfort. The hotel was extremely busy as you would expect in the run up to Christmas but staff were professional, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. A wonderful stay celebrating a special occasion.The stunning Christmas decorations really put us in the Christmas mood. Lots of wonderful memories from the stay.
