The location was no 1. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely. I had dinner in Butlers on the first night. My Portuguese waitress was very friendly & the food was very tasty. Nothing to say here.

The bar in the evening with piano and breakfast in the restaurant. (Excellent!). Rooms on the small side but very nice and comfortable.

The location was excellent for the activities we had planned. The staff was great about making recommendations and giving us directions.

A lovely quaint hotel in a fantastic location. A bit spendy but we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was absolutely fantastic - just what we need after our long overseas flight. We didn't like the cost - especially when converting from AUD! But understand it's all about location.

The location was absolutely perfect for our London itinerary and made exploring the city incredibly convenient, with so much of what we had planned within easy walking distance. Brown’s Hotel, Bocconcino and Benares were all just a few minutes away, while The Wolseley, Fortnum & Mason, Burlington Arcade, Bond Street and the surrounding Mayfair streets were all easily reached on foot. Even Buckingham Palace, St James’s Park and Westminster were close enough to comfortably incorporate into a morning walk. The hotel itself added so much to the experience, set within a beautiful, characterful historic Mayfair building with a lovely inner courtyard and all the charm you hope for from a traditional London hotel. The rooms carried that same classic English character and felt cosy, comfortable and wonderfully in keeping with the building, rather than like a generic modern hotel. We particularly loved being able to spend the day exploring and shopping, return to such a charming setting to relax and freshen up, and then simply walk back out for dinner without relying on taxis or the Tube. For a short London stay where we wanted both atmosphere and the convenience of making the most of every day, The Chesterfield Mayfair was an excellent choice.

We absolutely loved everything! The chesterfield was special and spectacular from start to end. The staff are incredible all over and tend to any need or request. They are also so insightful and knowledgeable. The design of the hotel is amazing and gives you the true London feel and with the best of class. The food is amazing. We had dinner at the hotel as well as snacks - and wow it was delicious. We also planned afternoon tea at the hotel ahead of time and it was delicious and a wonderful must experience. The location is also walking distance from all things, Buckingham palace , soho, Covent Gardens and have amazing parks and restaurants nearby too. We will definitely be back next time we come to London. Thanks Nothing. Everything was incredible!
