Aircon, aircon, aircon ... - seriously, it was a huge boon during a heat wave. Booked rooms at short notice after being let down by Airbnb con artists; booking and check-in a breeze. Staff extremely friendly. Room clean and well-appointed, if a little small (but other rooms were larger). Good location, close to two Tube stations. Not much! We didn't have the breakfast, which we thought a little expensive. Hotel is on Chiswick High Road, so traffic noise starts early in the morning; but hey, it's a (big) city. But otherwise, very little to complain about.

Beautiful room, very spacious, well equipped, good amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff The clothes iron could have been better quality. The mirror lamp in the bathroom was little dark and poorly positioned

The staff here is amazing. They are exceptional in all ways. Always ready to help, extending their support as much as they can. There was a technical air-conditioning problem in my room. They did the alternative.

Breakfast was okay Loud housekeeping outside our room at check in and again early morning. They put us in a comfort room when we booked a king - they did relocate us upon request but we ended up in a basement level which smelt of damp and bleach.
