A lovely stay. One of my favorite hotel rooms, honestly -- so comfortable, so tasteful, and very quiet! Amazing shower and gorgeous details.

Location and friendly staff. We stayed in room 2. It was a little noisy in the morning.

Location, staff, excellent food…frankly everything! Shoutouts for Ernest and especially Somya for making us feel extra welcomed. ? Nothing

this is a real gem. I stayed after I was in the area to see a Fulham game. The hotel is attached to a very good pub. It's also right on a high street with a lot of restaurants and shops. Couldn't be better.

Very well designed, quiet, comfortable, and clean rooms. I had no noise from the street and no noise from the restaurant. Restaurant is very good (and popular) for dinner and breakfast. Bed was large and comfortable. Big desk, bathtub. Friendly and fast help from all staff.

Aircon difficult to use, room was too hot.

It's always a great stay at The Alma - luxury boutique hotel rooms attached to a pub, what more could you want. Make sure you try the full English breakfast. Great location too. I've stayed here many times, it's my go-to London hotel.

A nice big room (room 20). Good breakfast and great location My room was quite noisy being right by the stairs. Myself and another guest had to find someone to order breakfast with as the waitress was in the pub area chatting to other people instead of looking after the breakfast guests

The staff was really great and the breakfasts were awesome. We were able to get into our room right when we arrived which was earlier than expected. It was really nice since we had been traveling overnight

The room was spacious and well furnished and decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The shower worked really well, and the facilities in the room were good plus a shared outdoor terrace which nice to have. It was also quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. We didn't have the breakfast, but the food looked good. Nothing to dislike.

Location. Smelly room - waste pipe smell. The automatic door closure was set to strong and closed on me before I could get out of the room. I ended up with a cut on my hand. Quality of our evening meal, cauliflower cheese was burnt. Rhubarb crumble was actually apple, but they had not bothered to peel the apples, so the texture was awful. We were charged for both items even though we were told these would be removed from our bill. We only found this out when we opened our emailed bill at home.

Lovely room in a very lovely hotel / inn. Great bar and restaurant and really lovely staff! Nothing, it was lovely

Despite being connected with a pub and conveniently located next to a train station (and good restaurants within easy walking distance), the place was nice and quiet at night. The staff - reception, bar, cleaner - were all very friendly. Most of all, I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.
