No lift

Nice place, rooms had everything you need and clean. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Small car park if available. TV in room could do with being upgraded to a Smart TV so you could watch free app channels like BBC iPlayer, Itvx etc. And possibly have wireless connection to enable casting from your phone.

Great location with a short bus ride to Wimbledon and London attractions. The pub is very large and comfortable. Room was well appointed with large bathroom and air conditioning that worked especially well. No lift but I guess that’s to be expected in older buildings.

Location was ideal for our family visit. Enjoyed the pub for food, beverages and Thursdays pub quiz! Staff was exceptionally attentive and gracious. Bonus was the A/C in hotel rooms and Pub

Brewers Inn is well positioned in Wandsworth and was in the perfect location for our requirements during our 4 night stay. We enjoyed a wonderful evening in one of the private rooms where the decor, ambience and food was great. In terms of staff Mia stood out - always smiling and willing to help. Brewers Inn is not only understaffed but is also seriously in need of a revamp. The rooms are old, there is paint peeling off the bath, basin taps are loose, there are no bedside lamps, and a corner standing lamp had an electrical problem.

Great location, pleasant room, bathtub (with bubble bath and hair conditioner included) and comfy beds Only complaint is no hairdryer in the room, would stay again for a quick weekend away

Informality

I really liked the place! The room was cozy and quiet even though the windows were looking at a corner of the street. I liked the little radio with classic music and had a great sleep in bed. The breakfast was delicious, like all the dishes in the dining area. I enjoyed it very much. The staff was super-friendly and nice. The bathroom was cold with thin windows and no way to make it warmer. There was a little mold on the ceiling over the bathtub. Nothing dramatic, but a tad concerning and a bit disappointing given the overal cleanliness of the hotel.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were super nice. We loved the room - the beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. The breakfast was excellent! We only wish we could have stayed longer than one night, and to experience the cool bar/restaurant! It was very quiet too! Perhaps I would have liked to be a bit closer to the tube especially as it can be challenging to drag all of the suitcases. Otherwise perfect!

Staff was very nice when we checked in, which was very late. LOVED the boutique feel of the hotel; the selection of glasses in the room (wine, champagne, whiskey, coupe) were a very nice touch that I have never seen before. The connected restaurant and pub were great too. Had wine and a great dinner. Only one thing: the shower glass barrier didn't seem to stay put which meant water splashed on to the floor.

It’s a very cute place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer, but our connecting flight was canceled so we were forced to find a place and many places were sold out or had very low scores. No elevator for luggage, but we were helped.

Modern convenience and old world charm. Excellent food and service. Quaint neighborhood an easy bus ride from city center.

Loved the rooms and good food in the pub

The staff was very friendly. There is no front desk in this hotel, and the front desk is hidden in a small corner of the bar.There is a strong smell of paint in the room.

Superb

Lovely room (9) had everything we needed and more! Super staff, so friendly and helpful! Brilliant breakfast! Delicious. Location was great! So quick from the Wandsworth town station. Uber to and from Brixton around 20 minutes. Everything was super! Just the shower pressure could be better and where we was by the communal door we heard it close a few times early morning but really not a biggy!

What's not to like?! Our room was lovely, beds were comfy, staff were super friendly. Ideal location for the Clapham Grand-a short walk or short bus journey. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again ? I didn't like having to leave ?
