Air conditioning Don’t ever stay in this hotel if you’re looking for peace of mind and decent stay! Everything in the hotel is outdated! The carpet, the curtain, the painting, the drawer handles, the pillows it yellowish brown and too old!! I had reported that the locker is locked. Waell opened! And I asked them to fix it 4 times in the 3 days I stayed in (to 4 different persons) and nothing happened! Checking in was kind of strange! The employee insisted that the card machine is not working neither by inserting the card or by touch and she insisted to enter the 16 digit of my credit card on her computer system, including the expiry date and the CVC code!! Who is doing this in 2026? You simply put all the card detail details online physically.. how secure your system not to be hacked!! Only one elevator is working, which means you wait for a long time till the elevator comes to you One of the major problems as well that I have some changes in my flight it got canceled in the Airline put me again on it cochair Airline.. so I called the hotel five times within 24 hours different times of the day.. and only automated system reply you and I leave notes of the problem and I issue a ticket and I made it urgent and no one ever called me back.. and it’s try to keep calling back and back again and no one ever pick the phone or it never go to human being it just the weird AI system. They’re using to reply your call with option options to select from. The only door can enter from is roughly 6 m height manual push glass door!! how can you push this hundred kilogram door along with carried luggage!!

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I did go to the bar, but I didn't eat at the restaurant. The restaurant staff were quite nice and helpful. The desk staff were pretty standoffish. I did get there about 2:45 for a 3:00 check-in time, and the desk person was obviously not willing to let me in 15 minutes early, so I went to the bar for a drink until it was after 3pm. When I checked out, the person was also not very friendly. And the elevator nearest my room was broken. The place didn't seem very busy, so I was kind of wondering why they didn't just give me a room near the elevator that did work. Everything about the staff just felt off.

The elephant outside. Room was neat and clean. Foyer was light and pleasant. Lack of basic items: No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No paper and pen in room. No proper bath plug, so showers were possible but having a bath was difficult. Shower head is fixed and too low for tall people making it awkward to wash hair.

I can understand the fact that the elevator is not working. But clean the the access area to the rooms,stairs , the hallways full of mold.

breakfast was not good coffee was good I had free breakfast every day only eat once no a/c or didn't cool room had to ask for a fan toilet seat fell off shower did not drain hotel showed its age

It was quiet and very open with a mixture of modern and contemporary styling Rooms are falling apart I.e tiles cracking and floor tiles broken, tv unit and dresser battered and bruised seen better days, remote missing covers so gaffa taped, went out for the day and when we came back the room stunk of cannabis and had to open windows and main door to air it out

Staff were pleasant, room was clean, Public areas were grubby, the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever had, hot food was cold (with cold plates), fruit salad and fruit juice tasted off, Coffee machine was broken

Large comfortable room and great location. Lift was not working, internal signs / directions not clear and common areas (stairs etc...) were run down/in need of decorating/repair.

Nice and warm staff. Break fast was good as well Internet connectivity was poor at the room I stayed in. Room 221. Had to go out to the lobby all the time get better internet access. This is the only downside to my stay.
