I would like to commend the service team, as all of my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Location of the hotel is great too. Room 4009 – in appearance, it was very similar to an apartment or a small, average-looking flat that could be rented for a much lower price. Additionally, the room faced directly onto the neighboring building/windows and the balconies of the sister hotel’s rooms, and it had no natural daylight. I had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy, so I spent my entire stay in a rather dark room. The pool in the wellness area was too cold. Before bedtime – in the evening – the room was not 'bedtime prepared' as it typically is in hotels of this category
