It was quite nice location and comfortable bed. Possibility of making a tea or coffee. It was very dirty, no air conditioning, so in heatwave it was crazy. Old windows that were destroyed, falling off. We had room on top and 25kg suitcases with us and there was no lift, so we had to walk on the very narrow stairs up. Also there was reconstruction going on and windows could be open from outside, so I was feeling very uncomfortable.

The location was great and reasonably cheap We were told we would have an en suite, however when arrived our bathroom was across a communal corridor. The space was also very small

It is close to the sights.Quiet. Tiny room, shower head falling apart, skirting board by the door to the toilet fell on our heads while we were there, curtain rod falling off

The location was perfect for me, and the accommodation was a particularly pleasant surprise after seeing some of the negative reviews. I will definitely be coming back again. nothing

Close to the bus depot Not very clean, rooms were boiling even with the window open all night. The hotel is in need of a huge overhaul.

The location The room was untidy, dusty and hot too small to.be used as family room felt cramped in a tin.Needs a lot of improvements ,stayed prior times and had no problems but services has deteriorated.

Location was excellent, comfy clean bed. Can't fault it for the price. A few things left to be desired, however, would stay again for the price. Could have done with a side table to put our cups on.

Amazing price - clean. Not a criticism bcs of the price - but be aware that the room is small and the bathroom is a cupboard hahaha

The location was fantastic. Short walk to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace and St. James Park. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but not sparkling. My ground floor room had a window that did not open, and the ceiling fan had one speed-quite slow.. London was 33 degrees during my stay and the room was sweltering, with no fresh air. The bath, though private was across the hall. As a solo traveler, this is not great. The room had zero storage or hanging space for my clothes. An iron and ironing board were listed in the amenities. I was provided one towel. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Close to Victoria station. I booked a single room but was pleasantly given a double room with an outside area. It was 35 degrees on the day I arrived in the evening, but the room was at an agreeable temperature due to a fan. Good lighting. No lift. Cheap and watered-down toiletries. The room was close to the windows of neighbours. Poor soundproofing.

Location was excellent, within walking distance to main attractions such as Big Ben, Buckingham Place etc. Also Victoria line easy 10 min walk. To Oxford Street Shopping. Only 1 mirror in bathroom but there was room for more this would have been helpful getting ready. Hairdryer kept overheating so had to keep resting it. TV didnt connect to the network but I just mirrored my phone to it.
