When we arrived, we were greeted and processed quickly. The room chosen for us was on the ground floor, clean, medium size, had AC, kettle, clean toilet, coffee and tea satches provided, few clean towels arranged nicely on the bed. Everything was just perfect. During our stay, we met a few staff members, all of them kind and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The last thing is location. only 11 minutes from the main victoria station, where you get most of the trains connection. So the hotel position is in an excellent location. Nothing .

The location was convenient, being close to my work and within easy walking distance of a good selection of shops and restaurants. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and visible hair and debris. It was also very tired and in need of refurbishment, with ripped carpet and light fittings that were not properly secured to the wall. Unfortunately, the location of the room also made for a very noisy stay. It was in the basement, directly opposite the kitchen area, with no doors separating it from the dining area. This resulted in considerable footfall and noise from other guests, particularly in the morning. There was also significant noise from above, with loud footsteps continuing until well past midnight, which kept me awake. Overall, the cleanliness, condition of the room and level of noise made for a disappointing stay.

Very happy with check in process. Was allocated room to avoid the need to carry large bags up and down stairs. We'll located to Victoria Station & coach terminals. Small, but understand this is usual in inner London

Excellent hotel in a quiet area, cozy and clean rooms, comfortable beds. The hotel staff is attentive and responsive.

Great location. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Quiet area and room was also quiet despite being on one of the first floors. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Our keycard didn’t work but one of the staff fixed that for us. Can’t complain too much for the price we paid

The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. There was always somebody at reception should anything be needed. The rooms we had for a family of 4 was spacious enough, great shower and bathroom and the room was clean. The room is air conditioned too. This is something that can't really be helped. As we were ground floor and front of property, you could hear all noise from outside. It wasn't constant, and the main noise was from the occasional moped or motorbike. Because of where we were, people had to walk past our room to get to theirs, so you could hear the banging doors. This can't really be helped by the hotel, and it would not put us off staying again.

A comfortable stay for a night in London, just a walk from all major landmarks & underground. Friendly staff. Great room for a family of 4 Thank you for a lovely stay We were on the 3rd floor so there were a lot of stairs but we knew this beforehand and were prepared.

The staff was super friendly and checkin went quick. The rooms are small but quiet and comfy with large beads. The showers were the real highlight with large showerhead and plenty of water pressure it was a true joy to take a shower

Cozy hotel in the centre. Nice people on reception ready to offer help when needed. I had a small room right under the roof - absolutely loved it! As far as I can recall, there was an AC (handy during heatwaves!) and a large mirror (you don't always get those in this type of small London hotels). Totally recommend for a short (or even a not-so-short) stay.

I loved the location and the old building which had so much character. The staff was amazing! They were always attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great! There was a good selection and a very nice attendant. Because the building is old there were architectural problems--a small step into the room from floor level up to the bed area. I just had to remember it so I wouldn't fall.

Service was impeccable, rooms were comfortable - air con was welcomed. Location was lovely. Beds were comfortable. My only slight criticism was that it was a bit dusty but this wasn't a major issue and only slight.
