Very close to Victoria Station but still quiet. Room nicely decorated and best shower I have had in a long time. Small room as per other reviews, but comfortable bed and great little bathroom. Simple check in but didn’t see any other staff, didn’t have breakfast but the front desk staff member was pleasant I had a kettle in my room in a cupboard. There wasn’t a socket in the cupboard and the socket next to the bed didn’t seem to work, I had to boil the kettle on the floor which didn’t seem that safe

AC was perfect it was 36 degrees We had ground floor 3 person room and were concerned it would not be a nice experience but it ended up being fine

Great location, newly renovated, very friendly staff. Everything as per description and photos. The room was pretty dusty. Even the walls were covered in a very thick layer of accumulated dust.

Location, cleanliness and bathrooms very relatively new. Noise isolation is very weak. Also, rooms are very small and single bed is very small too.

Property is very nice, the decor in rooms is very modern and smart looking. Hotel workers are lovely, and made us feel very welcome. For a triple deluxe, the room was spacious and comfortable Only downside is we were in an underground room which was not disclosed anywhere, so when you open the curtain, you are met with a metal wall and no natural light comes in at all
