Good staff helpful. Very hot on the top floor

Nothing about the hotel. Location in London very good. Bathroom had been done up. Very shabby. Room more like a large cupboard. In the basement, had to step over piles of washing. Carpet on stairs threadbare. Marks in the wall & not filled in correctly. Dirty marks all over. Old blood stains on bedding. Matress hard in the middle but so soft on outside you slip off. Couldn't get around the bed safely because of a cupboard sticking out. TV stuck out too, was dangerous. We stayed a rooms a hundred times better in SE Asia. The place shouldn't be allowed to trade as a hotel. We were offered a room change to a much higher floor but no lift to get luggage up. We didn't stay. I have complained to the hotel, who gave me a number for their customer svcs to "help with a refund". Of course no one knows anything about it. Raised issue with Booking.com who are equally useless. Avoid like the plague.

Excellent location, very clean and good value for money. Staff are very friendly and efficient.

Smell of sewage. There are pictures of a common area with breakfast, but at the reception they told us that area closed years ago, so no space to work from, as we wished. The beds are very uncomfortable. The bathrooms not clean. We also heard other guests complaining at the reception and demanding cancellation. Impossible to communicate or get in contact with anyone for complaints, you get sent from one email to another, non existent phone numbers, etc. It took me forever to get the promised free cancellation for my second stay approved, and a month after, I still haven't received it.

Location was very local to rail/coach stations Shower head didn't work, asked ag reception to get it changed but nothing done, water was pouring from hose rather than the head. Carpet had mess not hoovered up and curtains had holes in them

Nothing, it’s hot and stuffy. Theres dust everywhere and the place just feels unclean. Everything, I only wanted a room to sleep in and for £80 a night it was better sleeping on the street with fresh air and cleaner benches.

The hotel room was very clean. The room was extremely tiny, so was the mini bathroom. The room I was in you had to walk through the toilet/shower room to get to the tiny bedroom. I also kept forgetting there was a step in between the bathroom/bedroom so was a bit of a Hazzard. The bed felt like I was sleeping in wood.

The hotel enjoys a perfect location close to the city's most iconic places. The room was small but adequate for a solo traveler. However, it lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioning

Staff was super friendly and helpful even carrying our suitcases down to our room. Wifi was good as was TV reception. The room was very small for a double and the bed was rock hard, very difficult to sleep on.
