The Location was well connected, staff were quick to reply to messages. We stayed in a lower ground room which was damp and had mold in the bathroom. The staff were quick to reply to messages and had some of the mold cleaned. They explained lower level rooms are known to be damp and had sealed the bathroom to reduce mold growth.

central but in a super quiet area the room was tiny. nearly impossible to get into the shower.

Equipped with the essentials: coffee and tea, hairdryer, … The location is perfect near to the bus stop and underground, you can get to anywhere in London so easily. Many stores, cafes and snacks around. I liked everything except the room was so small. It’s barely large enough for a queen bed. Overall, we had a good stay.

Location.15 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace. Close to great restaurants and pubs. Near Astoria station. Bathroom was very very small.

The property was in a fantastic location. Very clean, very easy to find and access. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The rooms are each different sizes. We booked two and one was far larger than the other. One room was located next to the front door, which was quite loud. The other room had blinds in the bathroom that didn’t close all of the way.

Location. A/C. Several available amenities. While I did not expect a fridge, it would be nice and could be located in bathroom where there is unused space Not enough hooks to hang towels and things in the bathroom

Neighborhood Size of the room Bed was comfy Location was fantastic WiFi was spotty No door on the bathroom. No microwave Walls were a bit thin so it could get noisy

The location was amazing! Room was spacious and nice.

The stairs to the first floor were very narrow so taking suitcases upstairs was a little difficult. Could hear other guests pretty clearly but we weren't too bothered about that.

The hotel is decent for what you pay. It’s in a great location, just a 10 mins walk from Victoria Station. While it’s not the Waldorf Astoria, it’s also not a budget hostel — somewhere in between. It seems like there was significant investment a few years ago, but some lack of maintenance is noticeable. That said, everything works well enough to get the job done. I stayed in room 7, which was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a bit cramped but manageable. It can be a little noisy at night, but nothing too bothersome. Overall, a fair choice for the price and location.

The location was central Nothing!

- Direct National express line from Standsted airport - Close to Victoria Tube and Victoria coach station - Easy to find - Safe neighborhood - Invisible, Informative, Helpful and Quick staff - Clean - Perfect for a week long vacation - Sufficient coat-racks - Vegan milk option (that comes with the room) - Tight stairway - Tight bathroom for larger people - Lack of safe and/or cabinet - No fridge - No outlet UK converters - No room shoes - No storage for your luggage - No table to eat on - Poor bathroom sound isolation - No carpet in bathroom

Location was great. The only window was in the bathroom, and since the Venetian blind was broken and would not go down (I asked the cleaner for help), my entire top half was visible to anyone in the street — full frontal view — from any point in the bathroom. I don’t understand why Booking doesn’t require hosts to be transparent about whether or not there is a window in the sleeping space. Mine was not the only room in this townhouse-turned-“hotel” with this same window condition, so beware when selecting your room if you’re not a keen exhibitionist.

Good size room and clean

Really lovely decor! Bed was very comfortable and the smart TV meant we could log in and use Netflix and Prime on early nights! Room was really clean and tidy and bathroom was spacious for one of the smaller rooms! I’d seen other people complain about room sizes online however we stayed in a small double and that was a perfect size for a few nights for the two of us! Was nice and quiet for being so central! Electric Fan in the room was perfect addition as was quite warm at night time! Although there’s no reception staff were really lovely and responsive online! Extractor fan in bathroom wasn’t working so we had to have quick showers!

Staff is very helpful and helped fixed issues fast. Short distance to Victoria station Blood stained sheets, blood on the wall of the bathroom, black hair all over the towels, seemed like it was never cleaned properly and just throw in new linens every stay. My email and messages with the property say check in was at 2pm but our codes didn’t work as they had it listed as 3pm internally.

There was a roof, bed and air conditioning. Not saying it was horrible or gross but nothing like the pictures. Small, cramped, dirty walls and water stained door frames

The sheets didnt look clean.
