Easy 24/7 check in.. Excellent location, but not busy on the street or noisy in any way. Beds were very comfy and I had an excellent night's sleep. Staff member at the front desk didn't really do anything more welcoming than giving you the key card to the room. Was on his phone all the time I went past.

Loved the room. It was beautiful with an eye catching design and felt very cozy. The location is in one of Londons best areas and very close to Victoria station. Walking down the narrow stairs with heavy suitcases was every so a slight pain in the backside and the staff, apart from one guy weren’t friendly in my opinion.

The location was good, around a 7-minute walk from Victoria Station, with easy access to trains and the underground. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff were friendly and polite. For a short stay, the hotel was okay. The hotel is quite basic, with mainly just the reception and the rooms and no common area, lounge or café/bar. Our room was smaller than it looked in the photos, although the bathroom was as shown. There is no lift, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs, although there aren't too many. On the first day, there was a sewer-like smell coming from the bathroom, but keeping the bathroom door closed solved the problem. One thing we found particularly disappointing was that our room was not cleaned at all during our 3-night stay. The towels were not changed, the bed was not made and nobody entered the room. We didn't see any information in the room explaining this and only found out later by reading other guests' reviews. I've never stayed in a hotel that they don't clean your room in my life, just in apartments this happens. The window faced a wall, so there was no real view. We were also surprised that the hotel charges for leaving luggage after check-out, whereas all hotels offer this service for free. Overall, the hotel was okay for three nights, especially because of the location, but we wouldn't stay here again. We would rather pay a little more for a better hotel next time.
